So we are always looking for local fashion and shopping events around Portland... and we have found just the event this weekend! For all you savvy shoppers that have not yet heard of the PDX Collective Sale, this event is a collaboration of 11 local boutiques (including two from Hood River) that offer their discounted and clearance items at amazing prices!
