Sahlia Michelle Designs Meet Frye Shoes

I love, love, love Frye! The Frye Company has been touting it's reputation for fine craftsmanship since the 1800's and it's still unmatched in my mind for durable, beautiful and well-made footwear.  My Frye engineer boots are my go-to's for the Fall for exactly those reasons, and the style perfectly compliments some of my favorite pieces from Sahlia Michelle's most recent collection. You can find the below earrings on our website here and you get the Frye boots at their website, here!

Bronze Leaf Hoops, the Perfect Outfit Accent

There are outings that require less glitz and more substance (drinks with friends, the first date...) and there are outfits that cannot sustain the flashy bauble but require the perfect accent.  For those moments, I'm loving these Bronze Leaf Hoops from Sahlia Michelle! Nearly primitive in their delicate and organic construction, these earrings are a piece of well-made jewelry for the woman who appreciates beauty in its more understated form. Remove the bronze leaves (don't forget to put them in a safe place!) from the silver hoops for another style option. Find them here!

Anyways, we're thrilled about Sahlia Jewelry being featured in Portland Monthly's April fashion editorial. They did a phenomenal mashup of retro 70's glam with a modern edge.

Winter Wonderland Wedding at Timberline Lodge

written by Danielle LaMarre
Yes, the groundhog saw his shadow but for some reason the Pacific Northwest missed the memo and has decided to bestow ungodly amounts of rain and never-ending clouds. The bright side (hehe)? Tons of snow in the mountains that made for a magnificent wedding shoot back drop!

The bridal pieces used in the shoot were created with raw citrine stones and sterling silver chains, all handmade by Sahlia.  The photos have been featured on the national wedding blog,
The Wedding Chicks.  Check em out to see more pics from this inspiration wedding shoot.
P.S Big thanks to The Wedding Chicks and Erica Ann Photography and Kimberly Brandt for styling the shoot!
